A woman was flown to the hospital after she fell off of a horse in Trigg County Thursday afternoon.
Trigg County emergency personnel say a 56-year-old woman fell off of a horse at Wranglers Campground just after 3 pm.
The woman was flown to a Nashville hospital with rib and hip injuries.
