A celebration of life for 61-year-old David Terry Chase, of Hopkinsville, will be held at a later date.
Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include:
Son, David Ryan Chase, of Hopkinsville;
Four brothers, Mike Chase, Gary Parker, Jr. (Cindy), Eric Todd Parker (Pam), and Jeff Parker (Lisa), all of Hopkinsville;
Two sisters, Sherry Crunk (Joe), of Florida, and Gina Tornatore, of Hopkinsville;
A granddaughter and a great-granddaughter.
He died Thursday, June 1, 2023. The family has chosen cremation.
He was born in Ft. Campbell on July 14, 1961, the son of Gary Parker Sr. and Dolly Branson Parker.
