A crash on Lafayette Road involving a horse and buggy sent two people to the hospital Sunday afternoon.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say a van driven by John Couchman was northbound when it collided with a horse and buggy in front of it driven by Aaron Stoltzfus. Both drivers were treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS with Stoltzfus taken to Jennie Stuart Health and Couchman was taken to Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville.
The horse was badly injured in the wreck and had to be euthanized. The crash happened at the 6000 block of Lafayette Road just after 12 pm.
