Funeral services for 61-year-old John Holland, of Hopkinsville, will be at 10 AM Monday, June 26, at Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in Murray’s Holland Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2-6 PM Sunday.
Survivors include:
His wife, Angela Collins Holland;
Two sons, Kent Quintero II, of Hopkinsville, and Randall (Cecilia) Quintero of Chesapeake, Virginia;
Two sisters: Melissa Holland (Monty) Davis, of Alexandria, Pennsylvania, and Diane Holland (Rick) Hamby, of Hopkinsville;
Three grandchildren, five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Rev. Darrell Crawford is officiating.
A native of Murray, he was born January 11, 1962, the son of the late Gerald Ruel Holland and Margie Maxine Horton Holland.
He was a machinist and had worked for Pennyrile Machine Company and Mize Machine, Inc. He was a member of Living Hope Baptist Church. John enjoyed riding motorcycles, visiting the planetarium, and fishing.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his infant sister: Nora Aline Holland; and his brother: Jerry Holland.
