95 MPH Wind Gust And Damage Reported In Todd County

Sunday night’s storm that moved through western Kentucky caused some damage on Old Trenton Road in southern Todd County.

According to the Todd County Mesonet site, which is located in the southern part of the county near Trenton, a three-second wind gust of 95 mph was recorded near Gun Club Road at 11:38 Sunday night.

Todd County Emergency Management reported a pole barn shop nearby lost its roof and some trees were knocked down. Also, some corn crops showed minor hail damage extending to Jim Green Road.

No injuries were reported from what Todd County emergency officials called a probable downburst.
