A Cadiz man was charged with assaulting his father in Hopkinsville Tuesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say on March 3rd 42-year-old Joshua Crute assaulted his father by grabbing him and punching him causing him to fall to the ground.
The fall reportedly caused his elbow to be broken and damage to his tendons.
Crute was arrested by the Christian County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant charging him with second-degree assault (domestic violence).
