Deputies have released the name of a Crofton man that was injured in a wreck on Dawson Springs Road in Christian County Monday afternoon.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say a car driven by 76-year-old Howard King was northbound at the 11,000 block of Dawson Springs Road when he lost control causing the vehicle to run off the roadway.
The car overturned at least one time and hit a fence before coming to a stop.
King was taken by Hopkinsville EMS to a waiting helicopter that flew him to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville.
A passenger in his car 47-year-old Micheal King of Crofton was also injured but did not want to be taken to the hospital. The crash happened just before 2 pm.
