There will be no services for 82-year-old Fred Warren Wilbar, of Cadiz.
King’s Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include:
Several nieces and nephews;
Special friend, April Washer, of Cadiz;
And many other special friends that were always there for Freddie, when he needed them.
He was born June 13, 1941, in Middlesboro to late parents Daniel Frederick Wilbar and Mary Lou Oliver Bracey. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Louise Holland Wilbar and sister, Mary Frances Wallace.
Wilbar died Friday, July 21, 2023, at Shady Lawn Nursing Home.
He was a retired construction worker, retired correctional officer from the Kentucky State Penitentiary and served in the US Army Reserve.
