The new Trigg County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class was announced Thursday evening at their kickoff event in Cadiz.
The 2023-24 new members are:
Faye Godair, Trigg County Sheriff’s Department
Brianna Hyde, City of Cadiz
Lindsey Kinslow, Trigg County Public Schools
Danika Patel, Bank of Cadiz
Brenda Price, FNB Bank
John Schuzer, Wabash
Cameron Sumner, Your Volt Counts
Colson Thomas, Murray State University student
Leadership Class alumni from past years and new members came together for the first time at Triplett’s BBQ to celebrate the program’s new year.
According to the Chamber of Commerce, the class’s purpose is to “develop a source of informed, civic-oriented, volunteer leaders who are interested in helping direct the future of Cadiz and Trigg County”.
In 2024, the class will fundraise for and complete a community project for a need in the county. Last year’s Leadership Class raised over $11,000 and renovated the stage at the Trigg County Recreation Complex. They also gave a significant donation to Simple Blessings and Helping Hands.
