Indictment Expected in Oak Grove Murder Case

8-2-holt

A second person who police say was complicit in the murder of a Clarksville man in southern Christian County was the topic of discussion Wednesday afternoon in Christian County Circuit Court before Judge Andrew Self.

Tyron Holt was initially indicted by a Christian County grand jury on one count of murder but former Commonwealth’s Attorney Rick Boling agreed to amend the charge to complicity to murder after learning that witnesses did not place the gun in Holt’s hands at the time 18-year-old Gailon Toler was shot.

Earlier this week, 19-year-old Omega Plaisime was charged with complicity to murder in the same case.

Holt’s attorney along with Commonwealth’s Attorney Stephanie Bolen said that changes the dynamic of the case somewhat.
