Traffic Stop Leads To Drug Charges For Cadiz Man

A Cadiz man was charged with drug possession after a traffic stop on Russellville Road in Christian County Tuesday night.

Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say 41-year-old Marshall Turner was stopped for not having proper headlights and during the stop, he was found to have a warrant for failure to appear. After a search of his belongings, he was found to have marijuana and suspected meth in his pocket.

He was arrested and charged with one headlight, failure to produce an insurance card, possession of meth, and possession of marijuana.
