Man Charged With Shooting Inside Oak Grove Home

A Clarksville man was charged Wednesday morning after he fired shots inside a home on Mandarin Drive in Oak Grove on June 7th.

Oak Grove Police say 42-year-old Adrian Hester assaulted a woman and used a handgun to hit her before choking her and firing multiple rounds inside and outside the home.

Four children were reportedly inside the home when the shots were fired and the woman was holding one child as she was assaulted.

Hester was arrested Wednesday morning and charged with first-degree fleeing or evading police, 1st degree, failure to appear, using restricted ammo during a felony (shot fired, no injury), first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree strangulation, first-degree burglary, and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
