A Crofton man was charged with possession of drugs after he was found in a gravel lot on Madisonville Road Friday morning.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they got out with 42-year-old Daniel Hines after noticing him parked in a gravel lot with two tires that were flat and damage to the side of the vehicle.
He claimed he had hit something in the roadway. After a law enforcement K9 alerted on the vehicle meth and marijuana were found.
Deputies say he claimed he had snorted meth 6 to 8 hours prior. He was arrested and charged with possession of meth and marijuana.
