One of the two men charged with the murder of Gailon Toler in May of last year was arraigned in Christian County Circuit Court Wednesday.
19-year-old Omega Plaisme of Clarksville appeared alongside attorney Chris Woodall, who entered a not-guilty plea to complicity to murder on his behalf.
Plaisme will be back in court on September 27.
A co-defendant in the case, Tyron Holt, was also in court Wednesday and asked for a September 13 hearing to address some evidence in the case.
Toler was shot multiple times outside a mobile home on Tyler Street in Oak Grove. Holt was arrested the day after the crime, while Plaisme was arrested last month.
