A medical problem reportedly led to a wreck on East 9th Street at the intersection of Pennyrile Parkway Friday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say just before 10 a.m. a car was exiting Pennyrile Parkway when a medical issue caused the driver to run off the road hitting two street signs.
The driver was treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health due to a medical issue.
