A Hopkinsville man was charged with possession of drugs after he was stopped on a bicycle on West 7th Street Saturday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they stopped 42-year-old Hector Landa-Garcia for not having a light on the back of his bike and during the stop he gave them consent to search his backpack.
A smoking device was reportedly found in the backpack and meth and synthetic marijuana were found in his pockets.
He was arrested and charged with not having lights on his bicycle, possession of synthetic drugs, and possession of meth.
