A Crofton man was charged after he reportedly failed to return his girlfriend’s vehicle Sunday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 48-year-old Thomas Looney borrowed her truck and failed to return it then stopped communicating with her.
He was located in a traffic stop on West 15th Street and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
