Funeral services for 19-year old Kelsey Loretta Moore of Hopkinsville will be Monday, September 4, at 1:00 at New Life Worship Center in Elkton.
Interment will follow at Pea Ridge Church Cemetery in Elkton.
Visitation will take place Monday from 11 until 1 at the church.
Christian Cremation and Funeral Care in Hopkinsville is in charge of the arrangements.
Kelsey Loretta Moore, age 19 of Hopkinsville, passed away on Thursday, August 24th at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
She was born November 26, 2003 in Gallatin, Tennessee the daughter of Johnny Ray Moore, Sr. and Chasity Jenkins.
She loved her family and enjoyed riding around listening to music.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Loretta Moore and maternal grandfather, Ronnie Jenkins. She is survived by her parents, Johnny Ray Moore, Sr. of the Philippines and Chasity Jenkins of Hopkinsville; her daughter, Khylanei Lanea Moore of Hopkinsville; two brothers, Robert Lee Jenkins of Southgate, Kentucky and Johnny Ray Moore, Jr. of Portland, Tennessee; three sisters, Destany Lashaey Jenkins of Hopkinsville, Jaylin Renea Jenkins Perdue of Madisonville and Diana Kay Moore of Nashville, Tennessee and her maternal grandmother, Carolyn Thompson of Clarksville, Tennessee.
Visitation with the family will be on Monday, September 4th from 11:00 until funeral service time at 1:00 at the New Life Worship Center in Elkton with Rev. Kevin Heflin officiating. Interment will follow at the Pea Ridge Church Cemetery in Elkton.
