Funeral Services for 87-year-old Retha Ozetta Todd of Cadiz will be Saturday, September 9, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at King’s Funeral Home with Rev. Jamus Redd and Dr. Dwayne Driskill officiating. Burial will follow in the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville, KY. Visitation will be on Saturday, September 9, 2023, from 11:00 – 1:00 pm at King’s Funeral Home.

Husband of 52 years: Harry O. Todd, of Cadiz
Son: Steven Hallman, Sr. (Mary Ann), of Owensboro
Brother: Freddie Stokes (Joyce), of Madisonville
A number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Retha Ozetta Todd was born in Graham, KY on September 29, 1935, to Elvis T. Stokes and Alma Rickard Stokes Walker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Joy Hallman Svenson Bitner; brother, Charles Stokes and four sisters, Martha Stokes Shannon Bynum, Juanita Stokes Sharp, Rebecca Glover, and Elizabeth Lewis.
She passed away Monday, September 4, 2023, at her home.
Retha served with Harry as Pastor’s wife at Paradise Methodist Church, Livingston County, and presently at Herndon Methodist Church in Christian County. She was employed by the U.S. Government while accompanying Harry during his military service. She was a member of the Cadiz Methodist Church, Methodist Women, and a former member of the Trigg County Hospital Auxiliary.
