Trigg County High School marching band competed Saturday September 16th at Christian County’s Stadium of Champions. The bands theme for this years season is “I Can See Clearly.”
The band’s 38 members, 5 colorguard, and drum major McKenna Chaney took the field strong with backgrounds full of rain, storm, and color.
Also competing were marching bands from Mayfield, Caldwell County, Hancock County, Butler County, and Hopkinsville.
Hopkinsville High School marching band won Grand Champion overall. Caldwell County won 3rd place in class 2A while Trigg County won second place with Hancock County coming in first place.
The Christian County Colonel band performed during the contest, but did not compete because they were the host band.
