She was born on January 23, 1955, in Kenton, OH to Paul Frederick Billenstein and Velma Lucille Kuckaberg Billenstein.
She passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2023, at Murray Calloway Co. Hospital.
Ruth retired from Trane Air Conditioning in Clarksville, TN, and was of the Lutheran Faith.
