Funeral services for 72-year-old Linda Knout Blackwell, of Cadiz, will be noon Wednesday at Goodwin Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in the Siloam Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10 AM until the funeral hour.
Survivors include:
A son, Ted (Anna) Blackwell, of Gillespie, Illinois;
A daughter, Kim (Troy) Peacher, of Katy, Texas;
Mother, Jo Ann Tooke Knout, of Cadiz;
And five grandchildren.
She died noon Saturday, September 30, 2023, at Mercy Health – Lourdes Hospital in Paducah.
She was born March 22, 1951, in Indianapolis, Indiana, the daughter of Jo Ann Tooke Knout of Cadiz and the late Ted Knout.
A former bus driver for Trigg County Schools, she was well-loved by students, who affectionately named her “Mrs. O.”
After retirement, she enjoyed spending time reading and listening to audio books, with her favorite reads being historical fiction while watching television and loving her pets.
