A Hopkinsville man was charged after he failed to change his address on the sex offender registry Monday morning.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say 38-year-old Bobby Kyles was staying with his girlfriend and had failed to change his address with the sex offender registry.
He was also found to have warrants for contempt of court and five counts of probation violation.
