A Russellville man was charged in connection to a stolen vehicle investigation Thursday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 40-year-old Brian Carter stole a vehicle in Elkton that was located in Hopkinsville at the Dollar General on North Main Street.
Carter was reportedly seen on camera leaving the vehicle in the parking lot.
He was located on Madisonville Road and arrested and charged with receiving stolen property.
