Perry Family Honored With Spirit Of Ham Festival Award

The Trigg County Ham Festival Committee honored the Perry family with the 2023 Spirit of the Ham Festival award Thursday morning.

Cadiz Mayor Todd King’s wife Clarissa King presented the George Bleidt Marvin Broadbent Spirit of the Ham Festival award to Craig, Stephanie, and Shannon Perry during the Trigg County Chamber of Commerce Ham Festival kickoff breakfast. Clarissa said the Perry family has touched many lives through work in the community.

Stephanie has served on the Trigg County Ham Festival Committee for several years. Vinson Farms previously provided pigs for the greased pig and sack the pig contests and provided assistance in a number of ways. Craig, Stephanie, and Shannon Perry will be honored as the Grand Marshals of Sunday’s Ham Festival Parade.
