Halloween costumes will fill Main Street in downtown Cadiz on Tuesday afternoon for the annual Halloween Safe Night event, with a costume contest and food trucks a part of the activities.
Cadiz On Main Director Brianna Hyde says there are several businesses, organizations, and individuals that will be handing out candy and treats on Tuesday afternoon.
