A new Christian County business is stepping up to help out the Challenge House program this Saturday.
Brandon Killebrew, owner of Pro Lift Garage Doors of Western Kentucky, tells Your News Edge they will be collecting individual snacks for children utilizing the inner-city program.
He says they will collect donations for three hours on Saturday in the Christian County Chamber of Commerce parking lot.
Killebrew adds this may be an ongoing collection drive for the Challenge House program. The donations will be taken to Challenge House #3 and could be used across the program, depending on how many food items are collected.
The donation drive is a part of the KidsLift campaign, a program started by Pro Lift Garage Doors. The Challenge House Movement is an inner-city program that strives to teach children how to love thy neighbor and offers tutoring and other services.
