A Hopkinsville man was charged with fleeing from law enforcement after a traffic stop on Walnut Street in Hopkinsville Thursday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they stopped 53-year-old Timothy Kimbrough for a turn signal violation and not wearing a seatbelt and during the stop, he got out of the car and tried to flee the area.
He was reportedly tased and continued to resist arrest while being handcuffed.
He is charged with failure to or improper signal, failure to wear a seat belt, resisting arrest, and second-degree fleeing or evading police.
