A Christian County man and woman were charged after they fled from law enforcement Friday.
Deputies say 45-year-old Bradley Ealey assaulted a woman by hitting her with what was later found to have been a BB gun on Otis Circle. Ealey was located by deputies on West 15th Street and attempted to flee in his vehicle before they used a precision immobilization technique to stop him on North Drive.
A passenger in Ealey’s vehicle 61-year-old Nancy Bagby was reportedly found to have two bags of suspected meth in her handbag along with a glass pipe.
Ealey was arrested and charged with failure to or improper signal, disregarding a traffic control device, reckless driving, first-degree fleeing or evading police, no registration plate, failure to maintain required insurance, first-degree criminal mischief, third-degree terroristic threatening, resisting arrest, violation of a Kentucky emergency protective order, and first-degree burglary.
Bagby was also arrested and charged with trafficking meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.
