A man was charged after he destroyed a family member’s property on East 4th Street Tuesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 25-year-old Shane Francis destroyed a laptop, a phone, and a television belonging to his grandmother.
He was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal mischief.
