Elizabeth A. Morris, age 78, of Hopkinsville, passed away Thursday, December 14, 2023, at her home of natural causes. Funeral services will be at Noon on Monday, December 18, 2023, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with Tommy Pigage, Dale Rogers, and Spencer Strickland officiating and burial to follow in Green Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home from 11:00 AM until the service hour at Noon on Monday, December 18, 2023. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements.
Mrs. Morris was born in Christian County, KY, on April 17, 1945, the daughter of the late Ted and Floy Holder Alverson. Elizabeth was a homemaker and member of Hopkinsville Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Morris; her son, Ted Martin Morris; and her sister, Dolly Rose Alverson.
Survivors include her sister, Mary Frances Alverson of Sugar Land, TX.
