Minnie “Midge” Rose Durbin, 90, of Hopkinsville, KY died at 7:24 p.m. Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville, Tennessee.
No services are scheduled. Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
A native of Detroit, Michigan she was born December 14, 1933, the daughter of the late Joseph Pidgeon and Reva Dean Pidgeon. She was the devoted wife of Carl Durbin and a loving mother. In her working years, she worked in the restaurant industry, as an administrator for Durbin’s Maintenance and most recently at the Trail of Tears Commemorative Park.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Carl Durbin; one brother and one sister.
Survivors include her sons: Edwin Durbin of Hopkinsville, Kentucky; Donald(Judy) Durbin of Hopkinsville, Kentucky; daughter: Barbara Durbin of Murray, Kentucky. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Daniel Durbin; Jennifer Boylis; Andrew Kimmel; and Tristan Gann.
