A wreck on Adams Mill Road in Trigg County sent a man to the hospital Monday night.
Trigg County Sheriff’s deputies say an SUV driven by Travis Mayes was southbound when he blacked out causing the vehicle to run off the road and down an embankment.
Mayes was taken by ambulance to Trigg County Hospital for injuries. The crash happened just before 11 p.m.
