Grace Burke Arvin, 86, Butler Road, Hopkinsville, KY passed away Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at her home of natural causes.
Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West with Dr. Joe Bufford officiating. Lamb Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
A native of Pembroke, KY, she was born January 22, 1937, the daughter of the late Elzie Burke and the late Francis (Hudson) Burke.
Grace was a hairdresser and member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. She volunteered at Senior Citizen Center and PACS. She was a member of Hairdresser Association, Woodman of the World, and VFW Ladies Auxiliary.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Arvin; her son, Tim Baker; her daughter, Debbie Uchiyama; and her step-son, Barry Arvin.
Survivors include her sons, Richard (Cindy) Baker, Sonny (Sharon) Baker, and Dennis (Candy) Baker, all of Hopkinsville, KY; her step-son, Larry Arvin, Hopkinsville, KY; her sisters, Francis Stogsdale, Evansville, IN, Kaye Franklin and Faye Hill, both of Bowling Green, KY; and several grandchildren.
