A man was charged with possession of drugs on Canton Road in Trigg County Wednesday night.
Trigg County Sheriff’s deputies say they stopped a vehicle driven by 35-year-old David Couch after he was seen swerving from left to right and found him to have slurred speech and a DUI suspended license.
After a search of his belongings, he was found to have two needles in his pants pocket and admitted to using them to inject meth.
Deputy say after he was arrested and put into the back of the cruiser he started banging his head on the glass and screaming.
He is charged with failure to maintain required insurance, driving on a DUI suspended license, DUI, and possession of meth.
