The bond reduction was denied on Wednesday for one of two Clarksville men charged with the 2022 shooting death of Gailon Toler in Oak Grove.
Before Circuit Judge Andrew Self denied the motion, Jarrod Jackson argued that his client, Tyron Holt, would be able to live with his mother and find work after being in jail for nearly eight months.
