A Cadiz man was charged with possession of drugs after being served with an EPO on Little River Boulevard Thursday morning.
Trigg County Sheriff Aaron Acree says Matthew Lawson was stopped after leaving the home at a high rate of speed in the petitioner’s vehicle and found to have an AR 15, a marijuana pipe, and a pill container with the information scratched off that had several unknown pills inside.
He was arrested and charged with violation of a Kentucky emergency protective order, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of drug paraphernalia, and third-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified).
