Hopkinsville Man Charged With Trafficking Drugs

A Hopkinsville man was charged with trafficking drugs after a traffic stop on South Clay Street Tuesday night.

Hopkinsville Police say they stopped 24-year-old Jacob Miller for suspicion of being DUI and during the stop, he was found to have two guns, hollow point bullets, 113 grams of meth, and 73 doses of fentanyl.

He was arrested and charged with no registration plates, failure to maintain required insurance, resisting arrest, using restricted ammo during a felony (no shots), trafficking meth, tampering with physical evidence, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, and trafficking fentanyl.
