Jerry Allen Moman, age 61, of Hopkinsville, passed away Friday, January 19, 2024, at Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville because of natural causes. The family has chosen cremation with a Memorial Service to be held at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at 6:00 PM with Bro. Kenny Sweeney officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until the service hour at 6:00 PM at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 24, 2024. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements.
Mr. Moman was born in Hopkinsville, KY, on May 13, 1962, the son of the late Coleman Clay Moman and Juanita Miller Cary. Jerry was a truck driver for I.M.I. and attended Concord Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ronnie Moman; and his sister, Susie Gross.
Survivors include his son, Jeremy Allen Moman of Hopkinsville; his daughter, Heather Moman Lancaster of Hopkinsville; his two sisters, Teresa (Miguel) Colon of Hopkinsville, Sherry (Sean) Corcoran of Florida; and his two grandchildren, Cheyenne Lancaster and Paris Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society.
