A Hopkinsville man was charged with intimidating a participant in a legal process concerning a theft case Friday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called to Hazel Street about 30-year-old Kevin Okum, who was texting someone saying he was coming over after they contacted the Christian County Sheriff’s Office about a theft investigation.
Okum was located and found to be driving on a suspended license. He was arrested and charged with intimidating a participant in the legal process and operating on a suspended or revoked license.
