A Hopkinsville man was charged after he allegedly took two license plates out of a drop box at the clerk’s office on January 20th.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say 38-year-old Bishop Howard was seen on camera removing two packages from the Christian County Clerk’s Office drop box on South Main Street.
He reportedly admitted to law enforcement he had taken the registration plates and told them where they were located.
Howard was arrested Monday and charged with theft of mail matter and theft of motor vehicle registration plates.
