A Hardin County man was charged with possession of drugs in Hopkinsville Tuesday night.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called to West 7th Street to check a vehicle and found 39-year-old Austin Froman who had a meth pipe containing meth in his possession.
He was arrested and charged with possession of meth second offense and public intoxication.
