A Hopkinsville man was charged Thursday morning after he allegedly assaulted the mother of his child while she was holding the child.
Hopkinsville Police say 24-year-old Charles Bussell threatened to break the woman’s jaw, punched her in the face, and dragged her by her hair during an argument while she was holding their three-month-old child.
He was arrested by Christian County Sheriff’s deputies on a warrant from the Hopkinsville Police Department charging him with first-degree unlawful imprisonment, first-degree wanton endangerment, and fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).
