A Hopkinsville man was charged Friday afternoon after an investigation into a report of shots fired at the Hopkinsville Skate Park on January 21st.
Hopkinsville Police say 19-year-old Terrell Howell discharged a gun from his moving vehicle at two adults and two juveniles following a disturbance at the skatepark.
He was arrested Friday and charged with first-degree wanton endangerment.
