A Cadiz woman was charged with drug possession after a report of a female acting erratically in a gas station parking lot on North Main Street in Hopkinsville Monday night.
Christian County Sheriff’s Deputy Sam Suiter says when he arrived 35-year-old Jacquelyn Stezco was kneeling on the ground and told him she was dropped off by a friend and needed a ride home.
She reportedly had visible signs of being intoxicated and after a search, she was found to have meth in her pocket that she claimed belonged to her friend.
She was arrested and charged with public intoxication and possession of meth second offense.
