Ninth District State Representative Myron Dossett says is looking forward to working with Dr. Ryan Quarles in his role as Kentucky Community and Technical College President.
The state auditor’s office found that the carryover funds had reached $75 million, after not being carried over into the next year, with individual community colleges were overcharged by $24 million.
