A Hopkinsville man and woman were charged with trafficking drugs after an investigation at Pennyrile Apartments Monday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they went to the apartment of 27-year-old Faith Barlett and 40-year-old Devin Crutcher after a report of people smoking drugs and Barlett admitted to having some marijuana in the home.
After a search of the home, a handgun, a pair of brass knuckles, along with suspected marijuana, fentanyl, Adderall, and meth were reportedly located.
They were both arrested and charged with trafficking fentanyl, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (drug unspecified), possession of marijuana, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), and controlled substance endangerment to a child.
Crutcher was also charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and carrying a concealed weapon.
