A man was arrested on a Hopkinsville warrant for theft in Trigg County Sunday.
Trigg County Sheriff’s deputies say 58-year-old Donald Bacon was arrested on a warrant charging him with theft by unlawful taking, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, and theft by deception in connection to a Hopkinsville Police Department investigation.
On November 5th, Hopkinsville Police say Bacon used a stolen check to buy $186 worth of items from Food Giant.
The check was reportedly stolen out of a vehicle and the owner of the bank account does not know him.
