A funeral mass for 69-year-old Greg Burch, of Hopkinsville, will be 10 AM Monday, March 18, at Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Hopkinsville.
Graveside services will be 3:30 PM Monday, March 18, at St. John’s Cemetery in Loogootee, Indiana.
Visitation will be from 2-6 PM Sunday, with a Rosary to follow, at Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home.
Survivors include:
His wife of 50 years, Diana Burch;
His daughter, Christy K. (Vince Kraus) Burch, of Cincinnati, Ohio;
His son, Logan (Brittany) Burch, of Cadiz;
His sisters, Brenda (Ted) Nonte, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and Donna Lannan, of Linton, Indiana;
And his grandchildren, Addy Jewell, McKenna Jewell, Honor Burch Kraus, Lillyn Burch, Haylee Burch and Bo Burch.
Father John M. Thomas is officiating.
He died at 8:37 a.m. Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center.
A native of Loogootee, Indiana, he was born April 7, 1954 the son of the late Donald Charles Burch and Berniece Emily (Clifton) Burch.
He was the Chief Operations Officer at H&R Agri-Power and was a member of Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church. He was a former president of the Martin County (IN) Fair Board and founding member of the Martin County (IN) Optimist Club. He was a supporter of 4-H and spent a couple of years as a Livestock Coach.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Ashley Burch, and a sister, Bev Keating.
