Two women were charged with possession of drugs after a report of a burglary in progress on South Kentucky Avenue in Hopkinsville Wednesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they located 46-year-old Jennifer Young and 47-year-old Lindsay Hammer on the property and after a search of their belongings, they were found to be in possession of meth, glass pipes, and marijuana.
Young was arrested and charged with possession of meth and drug paraphernalia along with warrants for probation violation, and non-payment of court costs.
Hammer was also arrested and charged with possession of meth, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
